Refund policy

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from package opening until product inspection
  • Photos showing the damage, if requested

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Resolution

After verification, we may provide one of the following:

  • Product replacement, subject to availability
  • Refund to the original payment method

The decision will be based on the nature and extent of the issue.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection by customer
  • Personal preferences
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting
