Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded from package opening until product inspection
- Photos showing the damage, if requested
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
Resolution
After verification, we may provide one of the following:
- Product replacement, subject to availability
- Refund to the original payment method
The decision will be based on the nature and extent of the issue.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Personal preferences
- Minor color variations caused by screen settings or lighting
