2. Payment & Order Confirmation
Pre-bookings require full payment at the time of order. Once payment is confirmed, your order is booked with our production team and processed immediately. Please note that since pre-booked items are reserved exclusively for you, cancellations, modifications, or refunds are not accepted.

3. Processing & Delivery Time
Every pre-booked outfit is created or sourced individually to meet Rubymist’s quality standards. From material selection and stitching to finishing and packaging, our process ensures perfection in every detail. Estimated Delivery Time: 20 to 35 days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on:
• Fabric and material availability
• Handwork or embroidery details
• Seasonal or festive demand
• Shipping or courier delays

4. Cancellations & Refunds
