1. What is Pre-Booking? Pre-booking lets you reserve a product before it arrives in stock. Your piece is either being made or sourced and will be quality-checked before dispatch. This ensures you receive a fresh, newly crafted outfit.
2. Payment & Order Confirmation Full payment is required at the time of pre-booking. Once confirmed, orders are processed immediately. Because items are reserved exclusively for you, cancellations, changes, and refunds are not accepted.
3. Processing & Delivery Time Estimated delivery: 20–35 days from order confirmation. Timelines may vary based on fabric availability, embroidery work, seasonal load, or courier delays. We’ll keep you updated throughout production and dispatch.
4. Cancellations & Refunds Pre-booked items are made-to-order; therefore, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not applicable. Please review product details and size charts before ordering.
5. Availability Issues If an item becomes unavailable due to production or supplier issues, you will receive a full refund or may choose an alternative design.
6. Color & Fabric Variations Slight differences in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen display. Every piece is crafted with care and maintains Rubymist quality.
